  • Where is the Serious Business® Conference?

    This year we will be hosting Serious Business at the Sanger Theater & Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans, LA. General Sessions will be in the Sanger Theater and Breakout Sessions & Workshops will be at The Roosevelt Hotel.

  • Will Serious Business be a hybrid event this year?

    Yes, we will continue to be a hybrid conference to support our community. Virtual ticket holders can enjoy the conference live via our Serious Business app by Whova and can also access all the content for 30 days post-conference like our live ticket holders.

  • Is there an app for Serious Business this year?

    Yes, we’ll be using the Whova App again this year. As we get closer to Serious Business you will be emailed a link to create your profile. You’ll be able to navigate the agenda, visit and revisit virtual booths, create a personalized agenda, network with fellow attendees, and receive in the moment notifications, etc.

  • How will I receive my Serious Business ticket?

    Your email confirmation that you received when you registered is all you will need to check in and pick up your name badge at early registration on Saturday, January 11 from OR Sunday, January 12.

  • Where should I stay?

    We have a room block at The Roosevelt with a special rate for Serious Business attendees.

  • Should I make restaurant reservations before coming to New Orleans?

    Famous for food and culture, we recommend making reservations in New Orleans before arriving. We’ve compiled a list of our favorite restaurants for you.
